Adam Levine, the Maroon 5 frontman and chair-spinning judge on “The Voice,” has already sold one of the two California mansions he listed for sale in November.

The Holmby Hills property hit the market on Nov. 27 for $18.9 million. As of Thursday, the property is pending sale, according to listing records.

Mr. Levine, 38, and his wife, Namibian model Behati Prinsloo, 28, purchased the estate in August for $18 million through a trust, property records show.

Built in the 1960s, the Hollywood Regency-style house measures around 9,200 square feet, has a two-story guest house and is ready for full remodel or redevelopment, the listing reads.

Mr. Levine and Ms. Prinsloo ripped the Caspar Ehmcke-designed home down to the studs in preparation for major renovations, but changed their minds about the project since Ms. Prinsloo is pregnant with the couple’s second baby, listing agent Kurt Rappaport of Westside Estate Agency said in a previous interview with Mansion Global.

With a second little girl on the way, the pop star decided he “doesn’t have the time for a renovation,” Mr. Rappaport said at the time. Mr. Rappaport did not immediately respond to requests for comment regarding the sale.

The day after Mr. Levine and Ms. Prinsloo listed their Holmby Hills spread, it was joined on the market by their $15.9 million Beverly Hills estate. That property is still on the market.

TMZ first reported the sale.
