A longtime anchor of the Denver Broncos‘ offensive line is ready to snap his sweet digs to a new buyer. Legendary center Tom Nalen is selling his 3,769-square-foot home in Middletown, RI, for $3.4 million.

The four-bedroom, 2.5-bath home was built in 2015 on a 1-acre lot, just steps from Narragansett Bay and Middletown’s Third Beach. Nalen purchased the property in 2014 for $775,000.

A gravel driveway leads to the two-story, Cape Cod–style home, which opens to a great room with a cathedral ceiling, brick accent wall, and double-sided, wood-burning fireplace and mantel. This symmetrical room includes two entryways to a separate sitting area with a wall-mounted, flat-screen TV.

The master bedroom has french doors that open to a balcony overlooking the front yard. The tiled bathrooms have glass showers, wainscoting, and lots of storage. There’s heated wood flooring throughout the home. Outside, there’s a stone patio with fire pit and shower. There’s also a heated three-car garage.

According to the listing, it’s a perfect home for a family enamored with the outdoors. A new owner can “enjoy outdoor evenings, taking in the sunsets, on the bluestone terrace with plenty of backyard space for an in-ground pool.”

Buyers can also “enjoy a short morning walk to tranquil Third Beach for a swim or paddleboard, or grab a bike and head to Sachuest Point to walk nearly three miles of beautiful coastal trails. Either is sure to please the outdoor enthusiast.”

Nalen, 45, is an East Coast native who starred for the Broncos from 1994 to 2007, starting in 188 out of his 194 career games. A stalwart at center, he made three All-Pro teams and five Pro Bowl squads. He was inducted into the Broncos Ring of Fame. He also has two Super Bowl rings, which he earned snapping the ball to John Elway in the Broncos’ back-to-back title wins in 1997 and 1998.
