NFL star defensive end Robert Quinn was traded from the Los Angeles Rams to the Miami Dolphins in the off-season, which left his home in Agoura Hills, CA, empty.

Now the Pro Bowl pass rusher and his wife, Christina, are looking for a deep-pocketed renter to shell out $25,000 a month to live in the lavish home. And a tenant doesn’t need to bring much—even the furnishings are available as part of the lease.

Although the rent is steep, there’s plenty of justification for the price tag on this 7,000-square-foot, five-bedroom, eight-bathroom, modern Mediterranean home.

As soon as you enter, the cool, sleek marble floors and white quartzite walls along the staircase make a dramatic impression. The high ceilings, some paneled in white oak cedar, show an attention to detail evident throughout the home’s interiors.

There are a bunch of luxe touches, including the dining room’s 768-bottle wine storage, a large home theater, and a family room boasting a custom, 80-inch flat-screen TV. Outdoors, there’s a saltwater pool, cabana, and kitchen area with stunning views of the canyon nearly everywhere you look.

Quinn was happy to leave the Rams, calling the move to Miami “a breath of fresh air.”

In addition to his outstanding on-field play, Quinn has drawn attention as an outspoken member of the ranks of NFL players who choose to protest by raising a clenched fist during the national anthem. He vowed in a recent Sports Illustrated profile to keep up the protest regardless of the consequences, adding, “I won’t stop until they get rid of me.”
