Actor Jesse Bradford Selling Immaculate Midcentury Modern in Hollywood Hills

Kudos to actor Jesse Bradford! He had the foresight to purchase a beautifully restored midcentury modern home in the Hollywood Hills of Los Angeles—and the savvy to maintain the place in perfect condition for the next buyer.

Now, that buyer could be you, if you have $3 million to spend on the pristine time capsule, which was built in 1959 by architect Richard Dorman.

Bradford, who played the hunky love interest in films such as “Bring It On” and “Swimfan,” bought the home for $1.85 million six years ago.

Bradford “definitely wanted to keep the architectural integrity intact and preserve this beautiful time capsule,” says listing agent Stefan Pommepuy of The Agency. The architect was keen on preserving the home’s unique details, including the secret storage space behind the headboard in the master bedroom.

There’s also a sunken wet bar, which appears normal in the front. However, the area behind the bar is about 2 feet lower. It’s not quite clear what the point of that is, but the cool factor is off the charts.

Speaking of cool, there’s also an uncommonly deep pool out back.

The post and beam home measures 3,162 square feet and has four bedrooms and three baths. Patios, porches, and pergolas offer space to entertain outdoors.

Bradford has already moved to another home, and so a buyer could potentially negotiate the furniture in this home into a final deal.

“The house has already been in escrow once, with an offer above the asking price,” says Pommepuy. “So, now we’ve priced it aggressively with the goal of getting multiple offers.”
