Anthony Scaramucci Selling M Mansion to Keep Wife Happy

Former White House communications director Anthony Scaramucci has a tough time making up his mind.

Last year, he listed his Southampton beach house for $3.99 million and bought bigger house on the site of a teardown at 30 Lawrence Court in Water Mill for $7.49 million. Then, last May, he put that larger spread up for sale when it was “pre-completion and obviously unfurnished,” according to a spy.

Now he’s listing the bigger house again and is keeping the smaller one in Southampton. The larger new-construction home with eight bedrooms, custom built by major Hamptons developer Joe Farrell, will hit the market asking $9.75 million.

Keeping the more modest house is one way to keep his wife, Deidre Ball, happy, our spies add.

Deidre infamously filed for divorce in 2017 when she was nine months pregnant.

One of the things that upset her, according to court papers, is that the Mooch took the communications job at the White House — where he lasted all of 10 days — without consulting with her first.

Now she’s putting her foot down.

“Deidre really loves this beach house in Southampton and doesn’t want to part with it, so they have decided to sell the other,” a source says.

The home is being offered fully furnished, with design and furniture by Mitchell Gold.

Scaramucci has most recently appeared on “Celebrity Big Brother,” which premiered Jan. 21.

The listing brokers are Jane Babcook and Mark Baron, of Brown Harris Stevens.
