Bazinga! “The Big Bang Theory” star Jim Parsons has placed his out-of-this-world Los Angeles home on the market for $8.95 million, Variety reported.

The home was purchased in 2014 for $6,375,000, according to property records. So if it goes at even close to the asking price, the actor will pocket a sizable profit. 

Known for playing Sheldon Cooper in the wildly popular TV show, the 45-year-old also looks to have wildly great taste in real estate.

Built in 1922, the Spanish-style residence features three bedrooms, 3.5 baths, and 4,026 square feet on a generous 1.45 acres. One of the first homes to go up in the currently celeb-packed neighborhood of Los Feliz, the gated and private home offers carefully preserved architectural details, coupled with modernized systems. 

The master suite upstairs features a “period appropriate” new bath and dressing room, along with a balcony overlooking the landscaped hills. Upstairs also features a second suite with updated bath.

But we can’t tear our eyes away from the entertaining rooms, which include original beams and painted ceilings. The dining and living areas open to the patio and outdoor living room. The updated eat-in kitchen also opens to an outdoor dining area. The main level also includes a den/media room, a card room, and a guest room with a private bath. 

Outdoors the eye-popping amenities continue with a free-form pool, and water features that empty into a koi pond.

The home’s history is also eyebrow-raising. According to Variety, the prior owner of the home was none other than hunky Robert Pattinson of “Twilight,” who purchased the place in 2011 for $6.275 million.

The Emmy-award winner is one of the highest paid actors in television, reportedly receiving about $1 million an episode. He also narrates the spinoff show “Young Sheldon.” He and his husband, art director Todd Spiewak, own a Gramercy Park penthouse in in New York City.
