“Bridget Jones’s Diary” author Helen Fielding could be your landlady. Fielding, who wrote the beloved book series about the 30-something singleton that became wildly popular movies, is offering her contemporary farmhouse in Los Angeles for $30,000 a month.

And, incredibly, you can rent it just as it is. The impeccably designed home comes fully furnished. Alas, Colin Firth is not included with the rental.

The 5,000-square-foot home comes with five bedrooms, five baths, and two half-baths. Located in the Brentwood area, the home is “brand new inside and out, with meticulous attention to detail and design rarely found in a lease,” according to the listing.

The open floor plan includes a family room that opens outside—perfect for throwing a tarts and vicars party!

The chef’s kitchen and dining area come with a waterfall island and bar seating. The master suite features a fireplace and private balcony. The en suite bath comes with dual vanities and a stand-alone tub. Other rooms include a game room with a billiard table and an office.

Fielding, who spends time both in London and Los Angeles, has made real estate headlines before. After placing her longtime L.A. home on the market for $3.5 million in 2017, she picked up the property now up for lease for $5.6 million.

The British writer’s beloved book series follows the heroine’s often hilariously epic fails at life and love. The third movie based on the books, “Bridget Jones’s Baby,” came out in 2016. (Renee Zellweger stars as Bridget Jones in all three films.) The novels have sold more than 15 million copies in 40 countries.
