Action movie star Bruce Willis is showing his “Sixth Sense” for real estate. He’s listed his New York City duplex for whopping $17.75 million, according to Variety.

Willis and his wife, Emma Heming, purchased the six-bedroom urban oasis for $16.99 million in 2015, according to property records.

We can see its movie star appeal. The 6,000-square-foot, two-floor unit is located in a prewar building that overlooks Central Park on the Upper West Side. It comes with 150 feet of park frontage and views of the green belt from almost every room, according to the listing.

The paneled entry opens to a corner living room and dining room, both with large picture windows which look out to the urban green space.

The eat-in kitchen also offers park views, along with a breakfast bar, custom cabinetry with chrome accents, and honed granite counters. Also on that floor are a library and guest bedroom and bath. Downstairs are five more bedrooms, including a sprawling master suite with a sitting room and luxe bathroom with Central Park views from the tub.

Other high-end amenities include a laundry room, mud room, electric blinds, and central air.

According to published reports, the couple are selling the Upper West Side apartment because they don’t spend much time there.

Willis’ former wife, the actress Demi Moore, also came to the same conclusion when she chose to shed the posh NYC penthouse she had purchased with Willis in 1990. She sold the Manhattan triplex in the famed Sam Remo building for $45 million.

Willis has been in a selling state of mind. His 20-acre spread in Hailey, ID, is still on the market for $5.89 million, significantly reduced from its original list price of $15 million.

According to Variety, the actor sold a couple of luxury properties in Los Angeles, while picking up 22-acre compound in ritzy Bedford, NY, in 2014 for $9 million.

The 62-year-old “Die Hard” actor stars in the upcoming M. Night Shyamalan film, “Glass,” as well as the 2018 thriller “Death Wish.”
