Mary J. Blige isn’t done dealing with real estate drama. The queen of hip-hop soul is now selling a contemporary home in Cresskill, NJ, for $2.25 million.

The move comes just days after she slashed the price on her other New Jersey mansion amid reports the singer owes $1 million in back taxes.

Built in 1990, the Cresskill home sits on an acre lot filled with lush lawns and tall trees. The roomy residence has six bedrooms, eight bathrooms, two half-baths, a gym, and guest quarters.

Out back, a large deck overlooks the pool with views of the surrounding woods.

The home doesn’t appear to be occupied at the moment. As with her other mansion, Blige may be willing to consider all reasonable offers to offload it and move on. The home was purchased in 2001 for $1.95 million.

Blige recently finalized a messy divorce after 13 years of marriage to Kendu Isaacs, who also acted as her manager. She has accused Isaacs of being a “con artist” and of being unfaithful. A judge ordered Blige to pay him $30,000 a month in spousal support, according to BET.

But don’t shed too many tears for Blige, because she’s still at the top of her game. Earlier this summer she received a BET Lifetime Achievement Award and headlined the Essence Fest. She’s currently on the “Royalty” North American summer tour with rapper Nas.

Blige is in the middle of a tax and real estate tangle at the moment, but the sale of this mansion and her palatial spread in Saddle River, NJ, might be exactly what she needs to get her finances figured out. Here’s wishing her no more drama.
