Former Colts Head Coach Chuck Pagano Selling Indiana Mansion for .95M

Former Indianapolis Colts head coach Chuck Pagano was let go after the 2017 season. After spending a year consulting in the NFL, he’s jumping back into the fray as the defensive coordinator for the Chicago Bears. As a result, Pagano is ready to bid farewell to his Zionsville, IN, home, now on the market for $1.95 million.

Pagano bought the Tudor-style home in 2012—the same year he joined the Colts—for $1,720,000.

“The home is a beautiful English Tudor with soaring ceilings, handcarved woodwork, and kitchen cabinetry,” says co-listing agent Laurel Moses. “It also has one of the best theater rooms I’ve ever seen. … It’s an amazing place to watch a football game.”

Built in 2011 on an acre lot in the prestigious Lost Run Farm community, the 8,200-square-foot home has five bedrooms and five bathrooms.

He led the Colts as far as the AFC Championship Game in 2014, but missed the playoffs in the three following seasons, which led to his ouster. Pagano accepted the job of defensive coordinator for the Chicago Bears in January.
