Former “Loveline” host Dr. Drew Pinsky needs someone with an open heart to buy or rent his Upper West Side penthouse in New York City. The place, which is listed for sale for $1,798,000, just landed on the rental market this week for $5,900 a month.

The penthouse was initially listed in January for $1,888,000, with the price reduced by $90,000 in March.

Located in the Princeton House building, the 1,000-square-foot condo has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Recently renovated, the unit offers views of the Hudson River, a large entry foyer with two closets, and an open living room. The roomy main suite comes with a walk-in closet.

Pinsky, commonly known as Dr. Drew, has starred in reality TV shows, most notably “Celebrity Rehab With Dr. Drew,” where he tried to help down-on-their-luck D-listers get clean. He was also the longtime host of “Loveline,” the popular sex- and love-focused radio and TV show.

Pinsky lives in Pasadena, CA, and can be found on the air (radio and TV) and online offering his take on topics as wide-ranging as homelessness, measles, Hollywood medium Tyler Henry, and even the societal impact of toxic masculinity.

What the camera-ready doctor needs now is someone to take this NYC place off his hands. Perhaps he’d even throw in a little expert personal advice to sweeten the deal.
