NFL Hall of Famer Brian Dawkins Selling Colorado Mansion for .99M
Hall of Famer and Philadelphia Eagles legend Brian Dawkins is selling his winning home in Parker, CO. The former safety is asking just under $2 million for the massive mansion.
Dawkins purchased the place for $1.3 million in 2009, the year he signed a free agent deal with the Denver Broncos after spending 13 seasons with the Eagles.
Located outside Denver on 1.16 acres, the suburban residence offers mountain views and landscaping. Inside, you’ll find stonework, wood finishes, and built-ins. The 9,371-square-foot space is packed with amenities, including a home theater, a wet bar, a wine cellar, a huge gym, and a hair salon.
In addition, the layout includes seven bedrooms, nine baths, including a master suite with two walk-in closets, and a steam shower. Plus, there’s a two-story living room and dining area, as well as a large kitchen with bar seating.
A separate two-bedroom carriage house over a second garage comes with a living area, kitchen, bath, and laundry. And outside, there’s a fenced backyard, outdoor entertainment areas, a sport court, a grill area, and a fireplace.
Dawkins starred in the defensive backfield for 16 seasons with the NFL, mostly with the Philadelphia Eagles. He played college ball at Clemson and was drafted in 1996 by the Eagles. He finished out his career with three seasons with the Broncos and was elected into the Pro Football Hall of Fame in 2018.
