After a price chop, one renovation, and multiple social media posts, “Real Housewives of New York City” star Ramona Singer has finally sold her Manhattan apartment.

The four-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom condo first came on the market in October 2018, with a $4.9 million price tag. With no takers at that ask, she eventually slashed it to a reduced $4.5 million earlier this year.

That discount seemed to do the trick, since the property on the Upper East Side has just been sold, according to real estate records. The final transaction reportedly came to a little over $4 million, according to The Real Deal.

According to listing agent Pamela Nichols with Douglas Elliman, “The buyer had actually been negotiating on another apartment that needed a total renovation.”

However, in a twist worthy of reality television, he was smitten by Singer’s abode. “When he and his fiancée walked in, they loved the mint condition Ramona’s brilliantly sunny South and West corner apartment was in,” Nichols said. “They took one look, and they had to have it. We had a contract signed within a week of them seeing it.”

Even with the price cut, the reality TV star should come out ahead. She and her ex-husband, Mario Singer, purchased the unit in 1998 for $1.42 million, according to real estate records.

Over the two decades since, Singer raised her now adult daughter, Avery, in the 2,468-square-foot abode, and embarked on a recent renovation. But rather than stay in the updated space, the empty nester opted to downsize.

However, the new, modern look did help catch a buyer. The changes included taking a wall down in the kitchen, and creating a light-filled, open layout for the corner apartment. She showed off her home’s gray color scheme on Instagram.

Other assets include 9-foot-3-inch beamed ceilings and crown moldings. Floor-to-ceiling windows showcase city views, and the eat-in chef’s kitchen now has a great view, white marble countertops, and stainless-steel appliances.

The pet-friendly, full-service building offers 24-hour door attendants, a landscaped roof garden, and private storage.

In addition, the building’s commercial space is the home of the foodie mecca Eli’s Market. In a prime location, it is close to public transit, shopping, restaurants, and trendy exercise venues such as SoulCycle.

That’s not the only real estate transaction the skin-care entrepreneur has been working on. The star was also looking for a tenant for her Hamptons home this summer, and it looks as if it’s still available. Stay tuned!

As for Singer, she’s moved on to a new apartment, about 20 blocks south, reports Bravo TV. Although it may be smaller, it’s still got some great views, as she posted from her new pad on Instagram.
