Grant Show Renting Out His Venice Beach House for .5K a Month

It’s not too late to spend the rest of the summer (and most of the winter) in a cozy and furnished Venice, CA, beach bungalow.

Grant Show, who’s currently playing the wealthy patriarch Blake Carrington in The CW’s “Dynasty” reboot, is making his three-bedroom, 1.5-bath cottage available for rent through the end of February, for $8,500 a month.

The epitome of boho beach living, this little white house is ideally located just steps from Venice Beach, as well as Marina del Rey. It’s also a pleasant stroll to the shops and chic restaurants of Abbot Kinney Boulevard, the funky Venice boardwalk, or the scenic Venice Pier.

All a tenant will need to bring is a toothbrush (and a checkbook). The 1,552-square foot bungalow comes completely furnished with an eclectic mix of midcentury modern and shabby chic furniture. The decor would make the most committed beach bum feel right at home, and gives off real vacation vibes.

When not catching waves, residents can enjoy the great outdoors from the spacious, gated front yard, where there’s a seating and dining area.

Or they can hang in the private, artificial-grass covered backyard, where there is yet another dining area, and a cozy, pillowed loft.

Show made his TV debut when he was in college at UCLA, on the daytime soap opera “Ryan’s Hope.” He became a TV star thanks to his role as the smoldering Jake Hanson on the 1990s prime-time soap “Melrose Place.” Since then, he’s appeared in a number of TV series, including “Private Practice” and “Big Love.” He’s currently in his third season of the “Dynasty” revival.
