Inside the ‘Vanderpump Rules’ Stars’ New Home: You’ll Be Shocked

Avid “Vanderpump Rules” fans know that the cast is notorious for serial renting, but stars Tom Sandoval and Ariana Madix are kissing their rental days bye-bye! The glam bartending couple have finally vacated the one-bedroom apartment they’ve shared since Season 1 (aka the apartment where they had to shut off the air conditioner in order to use the microwave) and snagged a $2 million modern farmhouse in Valley Village, CA.

And the purchase is a bit of a shocker! While Sandoval and Madix are known for their eccentric, edgy style, their new home copies the more rustic trends of a completely different reality TV show: Chip and Joanna Gaines’ “Fixer Upper.”

The 4,400-square-foot property checks all the farmhouse chic boxes: an open floor plan, shiplap, white cabinets, and an apron sink. Heck, the home is even located in a neighborhood called Magnolia Estates!

Not only is the pad far from Sandoval and Madix’s usual tastes, but it’s also far from their usual neighborhood. Like most of the cast of the hit Bravo show, the couple are infamous for frequenting West Hollywood, where Lisa Vanderpump‘s SUR Restaurant is located. However, their new home is in Valley Village, a ritzy neighborhood in San Fernando Valley just north of Los Angeles known for its quiet streets and abundance of newly built, single-family homes.

Instead of sticking around “WeHo,” it looks like Sandoval and Madix decided to escape the buzz (and the drama) and buy a love nest in the burbs, and we can totally see why.

The five-bedroom, 5.5-bathroom home features massive fireplaces, a gleaming white interior, 10-foot ceilings, and lots of natural light. The master bedroom boasts a rustic chandelier, vaulted ceiling, his-and-her custom closets, and a marble bathroom.

Plus, there’s a spacious patio and sundeck complete with an infinity pool with waterfall, and a barbecue station.

And the cherry on top? Sandoval and Madix are building a “social media room” in the home for selfies and video production.

“It’s just gonna be like a photo studio–type thing,” Sandoval told Home & Design Magazine.
