Music mogul Dr. Dre is spinning off his Woodland Hills, CA, home for $5.25 million.

The rapper and producer purchased the French-style manor in 1999 for $2,375,000, according to Variety. It’s not clear if the 54-year-old behind the popular Beats headphones ever lived there. He does own a portfolio of properties in the Los Angeles area.

Built in 1987 in the guard-gated Westchester County Estates, this 16,000-square-foot home has eight en suite bedrooms and 13 baths. Behind a gated driveway, the half-acre grounds include a four-car garage, patios, outdoor lounge area, and Olympic-length pool.

The home’s double front doors open to a grand staircase. The main floor includes a full kitchen with eat-in bar, a separate chef’s kitchen, 250-plus bottle wine cellar, and a casual dining area.

There’s also a formal living room, office, dining room, and family and game room with a 150-gallon fish tank.

The space extends outdoors with a grand lanai with walls of glass that open to the pool. The space includes an indoor hot tub, two powder and changing rooms, a bar, fire pits, and a TV area.

The second story holds the master suite with sitting area and balcony. The master bath includes dual vanities, shower, and oversize tub. Along with two closets, the suite includes a hair and makeup room and a dry sauna. The suite leads to a large study and fireplace. A large balcony can also be found on the second floor.

The spacious spread comes with private guest quarters, which is equipped with a kitchenette, sitting room, two bedrooms, and a full bath.

On the top level, there’s a movie theater, along with a kitchenette, gym, and another bedroom and bath. The three floors are all accessible by elevator and stairs.

Dr. Dre, whose given name is Andre Young, has made real estate headlines before. In 2014, he paid a jaw-dropping $40 million for a 20,000-square-foot Brentwood estate that was previously owned by supermodel Gisele Bundchen and her husband, New England Patriots quarterback Tom Brady. The businessman made the deal after Apple purchased his company, Beats Electronics, for $3 billion.

In June, Dre purchased a Pacific Palisades property for $2.25 million, according to the Los Angeles Times. Last year, he picked up a $4.9 million estate and studio in the popular celeb enclave of Calabasas.

The producer has memorably crafted a ton of hit records with Eminem, Snoop Dogg, and 50 Cent. According to Forbes, with $800 million, the rapper ranked No. 2 on this year’s list of wealthiest hip-hop artists.
