Jason Derulo Finally Sells His Massive Florida Mansion For .95M

Great news! Chart-topping pop star Jason Derulo has finally sold his mansion in Coconut Creek, FL, according to Curbed. He sold it for $1.95 million in early November, and the sale was the priciest transaction to take place in the last six months in the South Florida city. So, pop some bottles, and let’s party!
Hold the champagne for just a second, because there’s some not-so-great news—the luxury home sold for almost $1 million less than its asking price in June 2015.
The 11,514-square-foot, U-shaped mansion boasts seven bedrooms, nine bathrooms, sits on 2.5 acres next to the Adios Golf Club, and is part of a nature preserve.

It features a two-story family room, a dining room with chair molding, a granite-topped kitchen, huge master bath, and mirrored dance studio. A guesthouse-turned-recording studio sits next to the pool.
Derulo, known for his hits “Wiggle” and “Whatcha Say,” purchased the gated property in 2012 for $1.75 million. When we spoke with the listing agent in June 2015, she said the mansion was infused with Derulo’s one-of-a-kind style, “It’s Jason’s taste. It’s like having his signature.”
The best-selling singer began his career writing songs for Lil Wayne and Pitbull, then launched his solo career in 2009 with “Whatcha Say.” Since then, he’s sold over 25 million albums in the United States.
