Jessica Alba Quickly Sells Her Beverly Hills Home for .2M

Well, that was fast. Actress and entrepreneur Jessica Alba has already sold her former Beverly Hills, CA, home, according to the Los Angeles Times. And it went for full asking price: $6,195,000.

After a recent “meticulous” remodel, the Spanish-style property handed Alba a nice return. She had purchased the place in 2008 for $4.05 million.

The star has long since moved on from the address, but she didn’t go far. In 2017, she and husband Cash Warren upgraded to a $9.9 million mansion, also in the Beverly Hills area. 

Earlier this month, we predicted that the heavenly house would “easily enchant a buyer.” Lets review.

The arched doorway opens to the formal living room, which features distressed-wood flooring, a step-down office, and access to the lushly landscaped grounds. The white kitchen with a large island opens out to the patio with an outdoor kitchen and pizza oven. The outdoor space extends to a covered dining space and multiple seating areas.

Upstairs, the huge master suite includes a fireplace, dual walk-in closets, a bath with dual vanities, and a private terrace overlooking the pool. Along with two guest suites, the home comes with a two-bedroom apartment over the garage.

The serene outdoor space includes a lagoon-shaped pool, waterfall, and fireplace.

The home sale is just one more piece of good news for the actress, 37, who is set to star in and executive produce with Gabrielle Union the Spectrum series “L.A.’s Finest.”
