Joe Flacco Completes a Quick Sale of His Elite Maryland Mansion

Former Baltimore Ravens quarterback Joe Flacco is headed to Denver, and is selling his home in Reisterstown, MD, for $1,590,000.

Built in 2008, the all-brick Colonial sits on over a full acre with mature trees, at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac in an upscale community known as Medford.

The home’s listing agent, Charlie Hatter, says the home’s price and location have made it an attractive option for house hunters. Offers began rolling in within days of the property hitting the market. And according to local news reports, the home is already under contract for just below asking.

The 7,300-square-foot home comes complete with six bedrooms, five full bathrooms, and two half-baths. Highlights include a grand, two-story entry with dual staircase for added drama, two-story family room, formal living and dining rooms, a finished lower level for entertaining, sunroom, and a luxurious master suite with sitting room.

Turns out Flacco wasn’t the first baller to own the home. According to the Baltimore Sun, he purchased the home from former Ravens center Matt Birk for $1.38 million in 2013.

While Flacco navigates life with a new team, he won’t have to sweat through a protracted sale process on his lovely Maryland home. Now all the quarterback has to worry about is winning games—and friends—in the Mile High City.

Flacco, 34, has spent his entire 11-season NFL career with the Ravens and passed for over 38,000 yards and 212 touchdowns. He led the team to a Super Bowl victory following the 2012 season.
