Adam Levine Ready to Flip Luxe Home in Beverly Hills for .5M
Maroon 5 frontman and beloved “Voice” judge Adam Levine and his wife, Behati Prinsloo, are flipping yet another piece of prestige real estate. The couple are now selling a remodeled Beverly Hills, CA, mansion for $47.5 million.
Levine has showcased some serious moves in the SoCal real estate game in recent years, and shows no signs of slowing down.
The couple purchased the home just over a year ago for $35.5 million and invested more than $7 million in updates, according to TMZ. This still leaves plenty of room for the Levine family to walk away with a sweet profit if they manage to get their asking price.
Originally built in 1933, the home offers all the drama of old Hollywood. Now, thanks to the Levine-led renovation, it also has state-of-the art amenities and cool, modern interiors.
The 12,000-square-foot home has five bedrooms and 12 bathroom, and sits on a secluded acre in the most exclusive part of Beverly Hills.
Once guests drive through the gates and step inside, they are welcomed by a grand two-story foyer. Everything in this mansion is larger than life, from the 50-foot-long living room to the screening room, gym, and guesthouse.
Outdoors the lush grounds include a pool, putting green, kitchen with pizza oven, and a tennis court built by previous owner and tennis great Pete Sampras.
In addition to this mansion, Levine and Prinsloo own a Pacific Palisades home they recently purchased from Jennifer Garner and Ben Affleck for $32 million. In 2017, they sold two other homes in Southern California for a total of $35 million.
Mr. and Mrs. Levine have a real knack for taking high-end properties and turning them into cold, hard cash. For this megawatt couple—it’s just what lovers do.
