Only eight athletes have won more Olympic medals than swimmer Dara Torres. The 12-time Olympic medalist represented the USA in the pool at five different Olympic games and medaled at each one.

Now, the swimming legend is diving into the deep pool of Florida home sellers. She’s listed her medal-worthy home in Parkland for $1.65 million.

The 5,400-square-foot home in South Florida sits on the 12th fairway of the Parkland Golf Course. Torres recently sunk a half-million dollars into a massive renovation of the seven-bedroom home.

Potential buyers will be thrilled to know part of the renovation funds went to three brand-new air-conditioning units, which isn’t all that glamorous, but a necessity for Florida summers.

The kitchen was also renovated and now features custom lighting and cabinets, brand-new countertops, and top-of-the-line appliances.

Living spaces boast high ceilings, and the house has an absolute ton of windows, letting natural light shine through nearly every space. Aside from the spacious living rooms and dining areas, there’s also a separate media room.

The second level of the home opens to an oversize, covered patio with a swing and views of the fairway.

The dreamy master suite is large, with plenty of windows. The huge walk-in closet can be customized to fit any combination of clothing, shoes, and accessories. The bathroom includes a soaking tub and separate shower.

The home also embraces one of Florida’s most well-known feature: endless summer. There’s a pristine pool with sun deck and covered patio. It’s not an Olympic-size pool, but it surely suffices.

Torres, 52, also holds the record for the oldest swimmer to ever win an Olympic medal when she won three silver medals in Beijing at the age of 41. She medaled at the 1984, 1988, 1992, 2000, and 2008 Olympic Games. She’s written two books: “Age Is Just a Number: Achieve Your Dreams at Any Stage in Your Life” and “Gold Medal Fitness: A Revolutionary 5-Week Program.”
