Land Management Ministry to Collect Revenue from Electronic Cadastral Information Service

Ministry of Land Management, Urban Planning and Construction will collect revenue from electronic-based cadastral information service, which the revenue is as income for the national budget.

According to the inter-ministry Prakas on providing electronic-based cadastral information service dated on December 24, the procedure of collecting the income will be announced later by Minister of Land Management, Urban Planning, and Construction.

The payment will be made via the banking systems at any partnered banks and financial institutions of the ministry.

Fees of electronic-based cadastral information service is charged at 20,000 Riel (US$5) per transaction, which the fee is including the fee of partnered banks and finance institutions, stated the Prakas made by Ministry of Economy and Finance and Ministry of Land Management, Urban Planning, and Construction.

The Prakas went on that customers who wish to use the electronic-based cadastral information service can contact to the provincial departments of land management, urban planning, construction and cadastre or the One Window Service at the ministry.

“Cadastral Information” refers to information related to current status of any properties.
