No Flops Here: 5 Homes Renovated by HGTV’s Tarek El Moussa You Can Buy Right Now

HGTV star Tarek El Moussa continues to build his empire in Southern California. The “Flip or Flop” expert currently has five properties for sale—all featuring his signature touches.

El Moussa admits he’s weathered a few mistakes in the real estate game as well as the end of his high-profile marriage, but he’s channeled his energy into a booming house-flipping business.

It’s easy to recognize an El Moussa renovation once you know what to look for. His interiors feature cool, modern color palettes with an eye-popping element to grab your attention—most often a custom tiled backsplash or fireplace.

We scoured listings in Southern California and found five of his flips currently for sale. All of the homes were handpicked by El Moussa and his listing agent, Adam Lindholm. They look for homes in solid neighborhoods and attempt to create something a cut above the rest of the properties in the area.

“Our company philosophy is to bump up the quality into the next price point so we have a product that is different than all of the other flips,” Lindholm says. “Higher quality and better-looking sets us apart and gets our homes sold faster.”

When buyers know El Moussa is responsible for the renovations, they feel confident that corners weren’t cut during the remodel to save money, Lindholm adds.

“We take pride in delivering a quality product to people that are buying our homes,” he says. “For most people, the purchase of a home is the biggest investment they will ever make. We want that investment to be a good choice for them and for them to be happy for many years to come.”

Take a look at the five homes El Moussa and his company have on the market right now. We think you’ll flip over the end results.

Yorba Linda lights: Filled with natural light by day and views of city lights at night, this roomy rehab has been featured on El Moussa’s Instagram account. This isn’t a huge surprise given the gorgeous blue herringbone-patterned tile in the kitchen, the geometric shower tile in the bathroom, and a luminous herringbone-patterned wall tile surrounding the fireplace. Wherever you look, there’s no shortage of photogenic angles throughout this three-bedroom home.
