Nuggets Guard Gary Harris Scores Sweet .5M Condo in Denver

Denver Nuggets guard Gary Harris has stepped up his real estate game. Emerging as a star for the high-flying Nuggets, the 24-year-old recently purchased a luxe condo in Denver for $4.5 million. 

The three-bedroom, 3.5-bath private residence atop the Four Seasons Hotel offers custom finishes and city skyline views.

The 4,800-square-foot space includes an open living, dining, and kitchen area; media room; office; and corner master suite with a walk-in closet, walls of glass, and luxurious bath.

The hotel, which has 102 private units on floors 18 to 45, offers residents concierge service, 24-hour valet service, room service, and even dog walking. Additional amenities include a pool, hot tub, gym, sauna, and parking garage. Those luxe perks don’t come cheap—the monthly HOA fee is $4,400.

Located in the Theater District, the building is a short distance to the Pepsi Center, where the Nuggets play their home games.

The apartment was originally listed last February for $4,745,000, so Harris secured it at a slight discount. He can certainly afford the luxury abode. According to the Denver Post, Harris agreed to an $84 million, four-year contract extension that began with the 2018–19 season. 

The Indiana native attended Michigan State, where he starred for the Spartans. Now in his fifth season with the Nuggets, Harris is averaging 16 points a game for the Western Conference–leading squad.
