‘Pay Me What You Owe Me’: Inside Rihanna’s K Hollywood Home for Rent

We have a theory that Rihanna would be a very strict landlord. After all, she’s a business wiz worth $600 million so she knows about dollars and cents. Plus, she sings “B*tch Better Have My Money,” so we’d be damned if one of her tenants turned in the rent check late.

In all seriousness though, we know the pop princess’ chances of being an actual “property manager” are slim to none. But we did learn that she’s seeking a tenant for her impressive six-bedroom, 10-bathroom home in L.A.’s Hollywood Hills neighborhood. The monthly rent? A whopping $35,000!

This isn’t the first home the singer has rented out. In January 2018 she rented out her West Hollywood residence for $16,500 a month.

In both situations, she decided to go the rental route after failing to find buyers. This time around, she couldn’t nab a buyer for her 7,130-square-foot Hollywood Hills estate, which hit the market for $7.5 million in late 2018.

Fans hoping to catch a glimpse of the Barbadian beauty or her stylish personal effects will be disappointed. According to Variety, Rihanna hasn’t lived there since spring 2018, when a 26-year-old man reportedly disabled the vacant home’s alarm system and spent the day inside. That break-in is believed to be the reason she decided to sell the home.

So where is the 31-year-old celeb living these days? She moved to North London and is a renter herself, according to reports. She’s supposedly paying close to $20,000 a week for a four-story mansion, so we can understand why she’s reluctant to let either of her West Coast pads go empty.

Still, we have to imagine she’d have a tough time parting ways with this three-story home located on the famous Sunset Strip. The half-acre property boasts city views and luxe amenities such as high ceilings, arched doorways, and a chef’s kitchen with an impossibly chic marble island.

The home is also ideal for entertaining friends and family. It comes with a movie theater, billiard/game room, and guesthouse outfitted with its own fabulous fitness center. (Don’t worry, there’s also a state-of-the-art gym in the main residence.)
