There’s still a chance to live like a “real housewife” of New Jersey! Former “Real Housewives of New Jersey” cast member Jaqueline Laurita’s Franklin Lakes, NJ, home is still up for grabs—with a fresh price cut.

The mansion’s now priced at $1.75 million, which is just a skosh more than the $1.72 million Laurita and her husband, Christopher, paid for the home in 2002.

However, given that her family has moved out West, the former reality TV star is no longer in need of her Jersey spread.

Fans of the show will recognize the mansion where Laurita whipped up meals in her high-end kitchen (since upgraded with new appliances and a wine fridge) and entertained fellow cast members.

The Lauritas have become extremely motivated sellers, drastically reducing the price from $2.85 million in 2014. The six-bedroom, 5.5-bath Colonial was re-listed in 2017 for $2.3 million. In April, the price was chopped to $1.95 million. In May it was trimmed by $100,000.

Custom-built in 2001, the home comes with a two-story foyer and library. The great room features a fireplace and wet bar. The updated kitchen is now tricked out with a commercial range, walk-in pantry, and eating area. The spacious master suite includes two walk-in closets, a large tub, and shower.

All six bedrooms boast custom closets. And the finished walk-out basement offers a wine cellar and card room, a playroom, and a full bath. Other perks include a gym, large deck, limestone walkways, and high-tech security cameras with night vision.

The Lauritas aren’t waiting around in the Garden State for their Jersey pad to sell. They hit the road in an RV to start their new lives in Nevada.

The couple, who in the past had struggled with foreclosure threats, made headlines when Laurita’s husband hawked some of their belongings on Facebook, including a chandelier, an autographed “Sopranos” cast photo, and a home gym.

One of the original cast members of the show, Laurita left in 2014, but came back for Season 7. However, in 2017 Bravo dropped her from the series.
