Olympic figure skater and broadcaster Scott Hamilton is selling his elegant country estate in Franklin, TN, for $3.1 million.

Built in 2010, the stately 10,000-square-foot home has six bedrooms, five bathrooms, and four half-baths, and comes with more than 7 wooded acres, including a private pond.
