Actor Breckin Meyer has sold his Hollywood Hills home, although it probably took longer than he’d intended; he had already moved out of the 1960s abode and into a brand-new Valley Village house he purchased months earlier.

Meyer made his mark in Hollywood in the hit film “Clueless,” as the skater kid Travis Birkenstock. He went on to star in “Road Trip” and the “Garfield” movies. He put his three-bedroom, 2.5-bath midcentury modern home up for sale back in January, for $1,995,000.

In March, he upgraded to a nearly new Hamptons-style home in Valley Village, a ritzy Los Angeles neighborhood in the San Fernando Valley, north of Hollywood. For this abode, a roomy 4,142 square feet, he paid $2.2 million. Who could blame him for wanting to quickly snatch up the five-bedroom house in a fine family neighborhood?

His sweet new space has a spacious gourmet kitchen equipped with three sinks, two dishwashers, two ovens, and an eight-burner Viking stove. Plus, the cooking area is tricked out with a butler’s pantry with a wine fridge.

While all the bedrooms are ensuite, it’s the master that’s spectacular. The retreat features a vaulted ceiling, fireplace, lots of built-in cabinets, and two spacious walk-in closets. Equally great is the luxurious master bathroom, with an oversized shower, soaking tub, dual sinks, and a makeup area.

Although the house is roomy, the backyard isn’t huge. Accessed by 16-foot glass sliding pocket doors, the home opens out to the picturesque covered patio. The grounds include a grassy lawn, a pool with a 6-foot waterfall, a spa, and an extreme barbecue with 10 burners.

Meyer’s Hollywood Hills house, which finally sold last month for the reduced price of $1.725 million, was a little less grand. With three bedrooms and three baths, it measures 2,118 square feet.

It does have a certain cool factor, however. Built in 1964, the home has been immaculately restored, with nods to its midcentury modern vibe. The open floor plan includes a dual-sided fireplace.

Outside, an organic, amoeba-shaped pool and spa beckon. Plus, the home is located in the private and posh Nichols Canyon Colony, which is known as quite the celebrity enclave.

Not that Meyer is without famous neighbors in his new home. In fact, it’s right next door to the reality TV stars Ariana Madix and Tom Sandoval of “Vanderpump Rules” fame.

At $2 million, the couple paid a little less for their abode. Both star-studded spots are newly built, but it’s likely that the reality twosome got theirs at a lower price, because it’s right on the corner of a busy boulevard.

The creator of “Community,” Dan Harmon, is just a couple of blocks away. The showrunner just moved into a hacienda-style manse freshly remodeled by actress-designer Mimi Rogers and interior designer Natalie Zimmerman.

Meyer’s face is familiar from his big-screen roles, but he’s also been active in voiceover work, including “Robot Chicken” and “King of the Hill.” He has also appeared in live-action TV shows such as “Franklin and Bash,” “Married to the Kellys,” “Designated Survivor,” and most recently, “The Fix.”
