Traded by the Grizzlies in 2017, NBA free agent Zach “Z-Bo” Randolph is selling his estate in Memphis, TN, for $3.65 million.

Randolph has spent the past couple of seasons with the Sacramento Kings. Though he didn’t play at all in the 2018-19 season, he was a mentor for younger talent. Now a free agent, Z-Bo has decided to part with the lovely Memphis mansion he purchased in 2013 for $3.15 million.

Built in 2009, the home sits on nearly 2 acres in what the listing calls “one of Memphis’ finest neighborhoods.”

Designed by Memphis architect Charles Shipp, the five-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom home is traditional and features reclaimed wood details throughout.

Interior designer Hillary White infused the space with contemporary sophistication that embraces the warmth of Shipp’s original design. For outdoor fun, the estate includes a pool, terrace, and lounge areas with fireplaces. Naturally the home includes an indoor basketball court.

Randolph is selling this home, but that doesn’t mean the two-time All-Star is done with Memphis for good. A fan favorite who spent eight seasons with the grit-and-grind Grizz, the center is maintaining roots in the area.

Randolph, along with business partner Marcus Howell, has launched a record label, which is currently promoting the career of young rappers such as Moneybagg Yo, DeeMula, MudBrudda, and Fredo, according to USA Today.

But the music business is still a side hustle to hoops for Z-Bo. He’s still working out and hopes to join a team this fall.

“I want to be a Hall of Famer. Just go down as one of the best to ever do it,” Randolph told USA Today. “I want to play a couple more years.” He adds Memphis is his home and he would love to be with the Grizzlies again.

Here’s wishing Randolph continued success in basketball, in the music business, and on the sale of this extraordinary estate.
