Investment Projects Worth Close to US Billion Approved

The Council for the Development of Cambodia (CDC) approved on investment projects in the sectors of energy, mall, hotel, and commercial building with total investment is close to US$2 billion.

According to CDC’s press release on December 25, CDC approved on investment projects on hotel and commercial building.

Of which BOCC Development Co Ltd invests US$1,181 million on building five-star hotel with 500 rooms, building four-star Service Hotel Apartment with 1,600 rooms, and building a commercial building located in Koh Pich.

Xin Da Shi Jia International Hotel Co Ltd invests US$331 million on building five-star hotel with 1,500 rooms and a commercial building located in Preah Sihanouvk province.

Related to energy investment, the CDC approved Schneitec Power Co Ltd invests US$71 million on building transmission line and power sub-station located in Preah Sihanouk province and Schneitec Infinite Co Ltd Infinite Co Ltd invests US$29 million on building 30MW-solar power station in Pursat province.

On the investment of light manufacturing and agro-processing factory, the CDC approved De Heus TMH Co Ltd invests on animal feed processing factory in Kampong Speu province with investment of U$11 million.

MILLPLAN Industries (Cambodia) Co Ltd invests on electronic spare part assembly in Samraong Tong district, Kampong Speu province with US$7 million investment.

FHL Industrial Co Ltd invests US$2.4 million on electronic spare part assembly in Samraong Tong district, Kampong Speu province.

CXD Industry Co Ltd invests US$6 million on auto spare part assembly Preak Pnov district, Phnom Penh.
