Michelle Pfeiffer and her husband, TV producer David E. Kelley, have purchased a posh property in the Pacific Palisades for $22.5 million, the Real Deal reported.

The 10,329-square-foot abode includes six bedrooms, 10.5 bathrooms, and sits on about a third of an acre. It’s located overlooking the Riviera Golf Course on the 18th fairway, and the listing description notes that the property offers “some of the best ocean, golf course, and mountain views on the most coveted street in the Riviera.”

The Mediterranean-style residence last changed hands in 2016 for $7.8 million, real estate records show. The owner then embarked on a major renovation, expanding the footprint from 4,000 square feet to its current enormous layout.

The investment appears to have paid off, if the reported price is accurate. Even after factoring in the expensive remodeling costs, it is likely to have netted a sizable profit.

The home had been offered for $25 million, and appears to have sold on Jan. 17, according to the website of Cindy Ambuehl of Compass, who held the listing.

The two A-listers have been busy making some changes to their real estate portfolio. They finally sold an enormous estate in Woodside, CA, at the end of last year for $22 million, reduced from its original ask of $29.5 million in 2018.

Located about 30 miles south of San Francisco, the exclusive enclave in Silicon Valley is one of the San Francisco Bay Area’s wealthiest communities. The equestrian property on 8.67 acres features a Spanish-style main house with four bedrooms, 4.5 baths, and 6,379 square feet of living space. Along with a barn, an apple orchard, and vegetable garden, the grounds include a gym, plus a guesthouse, gated pool and spa, and tennis court.

The two also parted ways with a different Palisades property at around the same time they sold their Woodside compound. The more modest, 3,211-square-foot, four-bedroom home sold to their neighbor, Houston Astros owner Jim Crane, for $9.1 million, Variety reported.

When not dabbling in real estate, Pfeiffer has been back on the big screen, with roles in “Murder on the Orient Express,” “Maleficent: Mistress of Evil,” and Avengers: Endgame.”

Kelley served as creator, executive producer, and writer of the HBO series “Big Little Lies,” as well as popular TV shows including “Ally McBeal” and “Boston Legal.”
