Disgraced TV personality Billy Bush is on the comeback trail. He just landed a job as the new anchor of “Extra” reboot “Extra Extra.”

This means he probably won’t have as much time to enjoy his luxe ski chalet in Park City, UT. Perhaps his new gig (and ongoing divorce proceedings) is the reason he recently put it on the market for $2,995,000.

The cedar and stone vacation home was built in 2004. Measuring 5,309 square feet, it offers plenty of room to host friends and family for ski weekends. There are four en suite bedrooms, including two master suites. There’s also a children’s bunk room on the third level where the kids can hang.

The main-level master suite features a fireplace, walk-in closet, and bath with a steam shower for après-ski relaxation.

The other master bedroom is located on the lower level, a floor that could be used as an entirely separate residence. The level is actually considered a walk-out basement, and also includes a kitchenette, family/game room with a fireplace, and access to the hot tub.

A larger kitchen is located on the main level, and it can facilitate any number of hungry guests, with a double Sub-Zero refrigerator, six-burner Wolf range, and large prep island.

The home includes a great room with two-story fireplace, a mudroom/ski prep room, and radiant floor heating throughout.

The home sits on an acre lot in a prime part of Park City. You can walk to Old Town, where there are dozens of restaurants and shops as well as the famous Sundance Film Festival in the winter.

In fact, don’t be surprised if Bush opts to hold onto this winter home a bit longer. Because luxurious accommodations like these are hard to find during the film festival, which Bush will doubtless be covering in his new gig at “Extra Extra.”

Bush, 47, has been keeping a low profile since 2016, when the notorious Trump tapes were released and he left his gig on NBC’s “Today.” He’s also been lowering his real estate profile, recently putting his Paul Williams–designed family home in Encino, CA, on the market for $5.4 million.
