Toul Kork (TK) lies at the northwest area of Phnom Penh’s city centre, dissected by Russian Boulevard from the CBD. Its northern area is becoming increasingly affluent with many houses/villas similarly priced to those in Chamkarmon. Not being in the city, TK is ideal for people preferring peace and quiet. It offers a mixture of modern and Khmer-style properties along wide roads, giving it a spacious and suburban feel.
