The real estate drama of the reality show “Sister Wives” continues. Family patriarch Kody Brown has purchased a home in Flagstaff, AZ, with Robyn Brown—one of his four wives—according to the Daily Mail.

As we previously reported, the polygamous family of Kody, the four wives, and their 18 children star in the reality show, to showcase their preferred lifestyle. The ever-growing family decided to move on from Las Vegas, and put four homes located in the same gated cul-de-sac on the market.

The wives have had mixed results in offloading their Sin City properties.

But Robyn, the only one legally married to Kody, made out A-OK. Earlier this year, she sold her home for $603,000. And even though it was slightly discounted from her initial ask of $619,900, she came out ahead.

Records show she bought the place for $445,039 in 2012. And it looks like she may have turned around and invested her sale proceeds into the new home she and Kody purchased.

Kody and Robyn sank $890,000 into their new Arizona digs. Records show they closed on Aug. 30, and they snagged a slight discount. The five-bedroom, four-bathroom, 4,395-square-foot home was initially on the market in May for $936,135.

The property includes 2 “heavily treed” rustic acres, and its open-concept layout features a large kitchen, living, dining, and great room. The kitchen includes a large island and bar seating, a six-burner cooktop, commercial-size fridge, wine fridge, and walk-in pantry. The master bedroom offers a deck overlooking a woodsy landscape.

In addition, the property comes with an expansive front deck off the living and dining area, with room to eat outside.

Now that the 13th season of the series has aired, the purchase of the home for one of the four wives is a surprising plot twist. Kody had reportedly purchased a parcel of land in Flagstaff, with plans to build a large family compound for everyone. But according to the Daily Mail, no ground has been broken on the future construction project.

Instead, the three other wives have staked out their own digs, the publication reports. Meri, who pulled her unsold Vegas home from the market, is on the hunt for a rental. Janelle also decided to rent in Arizona, but managed to sell her Vegas home after discounting the price to $575,000 from an initial listing of $649,000. Christine chose to buy a three-bedroom home to accommodate both kids and pets. Her Las Vegas home is currently off market.
