B and Z’s former chill-out home is just one of the fabulous fantasy celebrity rentals on the market this summer. Let the velvet rope parties begin!
As is fitting for these A-listers, these posh pads boast jaw-dropping amenities like fully appointed indoor discos and floor-to-ceiling windows with stunning mountain views.
For the most part, ardent fans without ginormous bank balances need not apply. But exactly how much cash will you need for a celeb-tastic summer to remember? Well, it all depends. Here are two bank-account-busters … and one bargain!
Beyoncé and Jay Z’s former Hamptons home
Rate: $1 million for the month of July

Live like music’s ultimate power couple in their one-time summer home in Bridgehampton, NY (above). The couple paid $400,000 a month to stay in the 12-bedroom, 12-bathroom mansion that sits on more than 11.5 acres in 2012, according to the New York Post. Since they’ve vacated the premises, the price has shot up to $1 million to rent out the property for the month of July. Call it the “Crazy in Love” markup. Crazy!
The lavish estate includes a 10-seat luxury home theater, a climbing wall, and a two-lane bowling alley. The new residents can wind down from a hard day on the property’s squash and racquetball courts in the full spa areas, complete with a whirlpool and steam, massage, and sauna areas. Masseuse not included. (Bummer.)

Leonardo DiCaprio’s Palm Springs compound
Rate: $4,500 a night with a two-night minimum stay

The Oscar winner picked up this Old Las Palmas, CA, paradise for $5.2 million in 2014 and is now renting it out to would-be members of the in crowd. Those who can foot the bill can savor the six-bedroom home’s floor-to-ceiling windows, sparkling swimming pool, sauna, and mountain views. The fully furnished home sits on a 1.3-acre desert compound and includes a guesthouse (so visitors can bring their entourages), tennis courts, and a cocktail bar.
The property has an Old Hollywood pedigree as well: It was designed by influential architect Donald Wexler for the late singer, actress, and TV host Dinah Shore.

Bode Miller’s New Hampshire getaway
Rate: $895 a night (not including $200 cleaning fee)

Those on a bit more of a budget can live their Olympic dreams in ski champ Bode Miller’s cozy four-bedroom home in rural in Carroll, NH—available on Airbnb! He owns the getaway with his volleyball pro (and model) wife, Morgan Beck.
The place boasts an outdoor hot tub and two steam showers as well as a chef’s kitchen “perfect for entertaining” and “gorgeous views” of Mount Washington, according to the ad. It’s also close to hiking, golfing, swimming—and, of course, local ski lifts in case you decide to rent during the winter months.
