Vanna White’s M European-Style Estate Is the Most Expensive New Listing

This $38 million European-style estate in Beverly Hills, CA, was the former home of “Wheel of Fortune” letter-turner Vanna White. It’s also snagged the honor of this week’s most expensive new listing on realtor.com®.

According to Mansion Global, White and her former husband, George Santo Pietro, had the massive, 14,554-square-foot home custom-built in the 1990s after they married. The two had purchased a 5-acre vacant lot in the exclusive gated community of Beverly Park Estates as the home site.

White lived there until she and her husband divorced in 2002. But Santo Pietro kept the home, and most recently leased the property for upwards of $175,000. In property records, White’s trust is still listed as the owner of the property.

The massive property, which includes a private vineyard, first landed on the market in 2017 for $47.5 million. Two years later, it’s reappeared as a fresh new listing, with a 20% discount.

With eight bedrooms and 10 bathrooms, the “regal” estate opens from double doors to a two-story foyer, which leads out to the backyard pool and lounge area. Architectural details include vaulted ceilings, arched windows, French doors, and a double staircase.

The kitchen includes Sub-Zero and Wolf appliances, and the formal dining room leads to a wine cellar and home theater.

Upstairs, the second level features an office, staff quarters, and eight ensuite bedrooms, including the master suite, which offers dual baths, dressing rooms, and a gym.

Along with the 3 acres of vineyards, the grounds include a four-car garage and motor court for ample parking.
