The Dallas Mavericks guard Delon Wright signed a rich new deal this summer and has settled in with his new squad. Perhaps his luxe off-court digs have helped him to acclimatize. After joining the Mavs last summer, he scored a luxurious penthouse in October atop the W Hotel, with downtown Dallas views.

While the state doesn’t reveal sales prices, the fully custom condo was last listed in April for $3,495,000, real estate records show.

The stylish aerie was “designed by a fourth generation shipbuilder,” according to the listing description. The modern space features a living and dining room with wall-to-wall windows, an open and sleek kitchen, three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and two half-baths.

If Wright has any art, or wants to start collecting, he’ll have plenty of wall space where he can showcase his tastes.

Along with 3,504 square feet of interior space, the expansive outdoor living area is a huge highlight. With 1,160 square feet of balconies, and 180-degree downtown views, the “flybridge” features an outdoor terrace, teak flooring, a full kitchen and bar, and lounge and dining areas that overlook the Dallas skyline.

The layout also includes a family room, a home theater with a bar, and a master suite with a wall of windows.

Located in Victory Park, the development was master-planned by Ross Perot Jr., son of the billionaire tycoon Ross Perot. The mixed-use complex also includes the American Airlines Center, home to the Mavericks.

In addition to the convenient location, Wright can also take full advantage of the W Hotel amenities and hotel service.

The SoCal native, who is 27, starred in college at the University of Utah, where he became one of the top players in the Pac-12 Conference, and he won the Bob Cousy Award in 2015. He began his NBA career with the Toronto Raptors and was traded to the Memphis Grizzlies in February 2019. He signed a three-year, $28-million contract with Mavs prior to the 2019 season.
