The yuuuuge waterfront mansion that President Donald Trump once shared with his ex-wife Ivana Trump in a posh Connecticut suburb is now on the market for an eye-popping $45 million.

The eight-bedroom, 13-bathroom residence in tony Greenwich was listed late last week. The property at 21 Vista Dr. sits on almost 6 acres on a peninsula jutting into the Long Island Sound. The town of Greenwich, about 45 minutes outside of Manhattan, was home to 12 of the 100 richest people in the world last year, according to the Greenwich Daily Voice.

“It’s a one-of-a-kind property,” says real estate agent Tamar Lurie of Coldwell Banker, who is listing the Georgian Colonial mansion. “It’s a very elegant, large house with a beautiful guesthouse that the current owners have built adjacent to it. It has an indoor pool, outdoor pool, mini golf, a tennis court.”

“Anything that anyone could dream of owning property-wise … it’s all there,” she says. That also includes a three-story rotunda, movie theater, and staff apartments.

The home was built in 1939 and sold to Donald and Ivana Trump in 1982 for $4 million. Ivana updated the property and kept the home when the couple divorced in 1991. She sold the home in 1998 to its current owners for $15 million.

The current owners, financier Robert Steinberg and his wife, Suzanne Steinberg, have toned down  the property since the days of the Trumps. They also added a tennis court and an indoor pool.

“When Donald and Ivana owned it, it was very different decor-wise. It was way more lavish,” Lurie says. “What it is now is very quiet elegance.”

The Steinbergs listed the home for $50 million in 2010, but were unable to sell it during the height of the financial crisis and took it off the market, according to realtor.com® data. They’re trying again now because they’re building another home elsewhere, Lurie says.

Lurie isn’t sure if the Trump connection will help the property sell. But it’s “clearly getting a lot of attention.” she says.

The home is currently the highest-priced home for sale in Greenwich. The most expensive sale in the wealthy suburb was a $120 million, 50-acre, waterfront property in 2014, according to the Wall Street Journal.
